This program helps lower energy costs in social housing through energy efficiency measures. It is intended for housing offices that manage eligible buildings, as defined in the agreement between the Société d'habitation du Québec (SHQ) and Hydro‑Québec.

How to participate
Applying for financial assistance

Three key steps to receive financial assistance for your project.

  1. Before implementing measures

    This program is open to eligible organizations. Make sure your buildings are included on the list below.

    Some measures refer to a list of eligible products in the program's Participant's Guide. Before making a purchase, check the eligibility of the products you are considering.

  2. When submitting your application

    Read the details and conditions of each measure you plan to implement. Make sure you have all the information you need to fill out the application.

    The application form is available in the Details and conditions section of each measure. Fill out the form for the measure you selected and attach all required supporting documents.

  3. After submitting your application

    We will review your application and get in touch with you if we need more information.

    Once your application is approved, you'll receive the financial assistance cheque in the mail.
