Hydro‑Québec intends to take meaningful steps toward building sustainable relationships based on listening, recognizing knowledge and respecting priorities shared by Inuit and First Nations communities.
To do so, two committees will be created to carry out the steps involved in awarding and analyzing applications. Both committees will be made up of Indigenous and Hydro‑Québec representatives with proven expertise and knowledge in their field.
The Advisory Committee will be responsible for defining the criteria for allocating funds to projects and scholarships.
The Selection Committee will oversee the analysis of the applications and ensure that all criteria are rigorously applied.
