Transitional Rules - Small Businesses Component
Efficient Solutions Program
The Simplified Offer of the Small Business component of the Efficient Solutions Program was updated on March 31, 2026. These transition rules will help you determine which terms and conditions apply to your project, based on its start date.
The project start date is the earlier of the following two dates:
- The date on which the first contract was signed with a contractor
- The date on which the first equipment purchase was made (as indicated on a purchase order or invoice)
