Efficient Solutions program
The Customized Option of the Medium and Large Businesses component of the Efficient Solutions Program was updated on March 31, 2026. These transition rules will help you determine which terms and conditions apply to your project, based on the date you submitted a compliant project proposal to Hydro‑Québec.
Hydro‑Québec must confirm the date of receipt of the compliant proposal.

The applicable terms and conditions are those of the program currently in effect. The relevant documentation is available on the program’s Efficient Solutions web page.

Any compliant project submitted before this date is subject to the terms and conditions of the Participant’s Guide in effect on the date the project is submitted.
If your proposal was submitted before June 9, 2020, your project is ineligible for the Efficient Solutions Program.
