Transitional rules for the Energy Analysis Component

New terms and requirements

Introduced on May 2022, the Energy Analysis Component was amended on March 31, 2025.

However, the Participant's Guide of this Component, as well as the Conditions and Undertaking of the Efficient Solutions Program, were updated on March 31, 2026, and apply to any new request submitted as of that date. It should be noted that the terms of this component have not been modified; Hydro‑Québec has only provided additional details and clarifications regarding certain criteria and expectations.
