Disclosure of personal information to a third party

In cases where we share your personal information with service providers so they can perform the mandate or contract, our written contracts with them clearly state our requirements concerning the measures they must take to protect your information, which must be as strict as our own. Among other things, we ensure that our service providers use your personal information solely to provide the services required.

Yes. However, before doing so, we assess the risks of such communication to ensure that your personal information will be adequately protected. The government departments and agencies of these jurisdictions, like those in Québec and Canada, may access your information in accordance with their local laws.
